Full-Service Wedding Planning & Design

Our Full-Service Planning package is designed for busy couples who want an experienced team to manage every detail—from the first planning conversation through the final farewell.

We guide the entire process, including venue and vendor selection, contract review, budgeting, timelines, logistics, event design, guest experience, and day-of execution. We can also plan the celebrations surrounding your wedding, including welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and other thoughtfully curated experiences for your guests.

Every wedding we create is deeply personal. We develop a complete design vision that reflects who you are as a couple, then carry that vision through every detail—from the floor plan and floral direction to the lighting, rentals, paper goods, and overall flow of the celebration.
Most importantly, we make sure you feel like a guest at your own wedding. You, your family, and your wedding party should be celebrating—not answering vendor questions, setting tables, watching the clock, or solving last-minute problems. Our team manages the moving pieces behind the scenes so you can be fully present for every moment.

Throughout the planning process, you’ll have unlimited access to your planning team, trusted resources, and creative expertise, along with a private online planning portal that keeps your timelines, checklists, design boards, vendor contacts, contracts, budgets, floor plans, and planning details beautifully organized in one place.

Wedding Management and Coordination

Our Wedding Management package is designed for couples who enjoy planning their own celebration but want professional guidance, thoughtful structure, and an experienced team to bring every detail together. This is far more than traditional “day-of coordination”—we begin with an in-depth planning session to help you establish a strong timeline, thoughtful floor plan, and clear direction for the months ahead. This helps you to plan with confidence, rather than missing details because you don't have all the ammunition to make informed decisions in planning. 

We do a few check-ins through the planning, to make sure you don't have any big questions, and help with vendor recommendations. 

Beginning approximately six weeks before the wedding, our team steps in fully. We review your plans, confirm details with your vendors, refine the timeline and floor plans, coordinate the final walkthrough, and build a comprehensive execution plan for the wedding weekend. We also manage your ceremony rehearsal, making sure your wedding party and family members feel prepared and confident before the celebration begins.

On the wedding day, at least two experienced Sweetly Paired planners are onsite—typically the first vendors to arrive and the last to leave. We manage vendor arrivals, setup, timelines, transitions, guest needs, and all the little behind-the-scenes decisions that keep the celebration flowing beautifully. You, your family, and your wedding party should be enjoying the day—not answering questions, watching the clock, or solving logistical problems.

You’ll also receive access to our online planning portal, where your checklists, timelines, floor plans, RSVPs, vendor information, and essential wedding details can remain organized in one convenient place.
