• Travel agent - We are your travel agency and manage all guest RSVP data including booking them in your room blocks, handle their airport transfers, as well as helping them and you get all settled with travel arrangements. 
• Wedding Planning - You get our full-service wedding planning destination package. It is inclusive of every event you need help with and we help with every aspect of the wedding. 
• Our full service package includes assistance with contracts, vendor contacts, event design, timelines, floor plans, budgeting, guest seating and RSVP, and all other wedding decisions. 
• The service we offer is significantly different than a traditional travel agent - we manage not only the full wedding planning process, but also fully manage guests as we go through the planning process and the room block process. 
• We include custom wedding websites - with a custom URL that includes online guest RSVP and management. 
• We help manage all stationery and signage involved with the wedding - all customizable as you go through the process through Carta Bene.

Our destination wedding planning package is a full-service planning package starting at $2500. We manage everything for your group from start to finish. The process begins with finding the right resort or location for your wedding and your guests' experience. We walk you through finding a location, then find you the perfect venue and date. Then - 

• We handle contract management and negotiations for your hotel packages.
• We set up your room block with the resort and do all negotiations with your room contract. 
• You'll get a custom wedding website (with custom URL). We design this to match your vibe. 
• We use an online software system for managing everything from checklists to timelines, guest RSVP and floor plans. It handles contacts, contracts, 
• We handle your guests booking in the room block, as well as any questions they have about travel. 
• Next - we work with you to find the right vendors for your event. Sometimes that means working with the resort's preferred vendors, sometimes we help you bring in the right people to create the experience you want for yourself and your guests. From photography to videography, DJ or band to get the party started... we help you find the right pros to help make your weekend smooth and stress free. 
• Event Design is super important, and we help you through every element from décor and design to florals and linens. 
• Timeline detailing and management - we create your timeline for the week of your travel and the event. 
• Floor plans and space management - Our team handles all of your floor plans, and sets up your guest RSVP in your online dashboard. 
• Travel manager - we handle your guests' travel arrangements, including airport transfers or rental cars. 
• Onsite management - We have staff onsite for each piece of your event so you don't have any worries except enjoying your guests and a fabulous destination.
