The planning process begins with venue selection—one of the most important decisions you’ll make. Your venue and date shape every element that follows, from design to logistics to overall guest experience. We guide you through curated venue options and tours, helping you select a space that aligns perfectly with your vision, guest count, and priorities. Many of our clients choose to visit Colorado for this experience, though we also support remote decision-making seamlessly. - Initial Planning & Design Meetings
Our first planning meeting establishes the foundation for your entire wedding—from catering and design direction to timelines and floorplans. Throughout the process, we hold key planning meetings (typically 2–3) to refine details, confirm decisions, and ensure you feel confident and supported every step of the way. These meetings are tailored to your level of involvement and can be held in person or virtually. - Ongoing Planning & Weekly Check-Ins
We maintain consistent communication throughout the planning process, including regular check-ins to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure every detail is moving forward seamlessly. - Venue Walkthroughs
Most weddings include 1–3 walkthroughs, with the most important taking place approximately 4–6 weeks before the wedding. This final walkthrough ensures that all logistics, layouts, and flow are fully aligned. Clients are welcome to attend in person or join remotely. - Rehearsal Management
