Karli and Carley - Cielo at Castle Pines

Karli and Carley met at a restaurant – where Carley waited on Karli – they smiled at each other, found out they had the same name – and it was over! They are one of our favorite couples of all time – love each other dearly, and had so much fun planning this wedding. They have a daughter – Angel – who was a big part of their day, as well as their ceremony! They both love Colorado, and wanted an outdoorsy feel on the inside of the gorgeous mountain-inspired venue. They loved the rich purples, and so we incorporated purples and silvers into the event design. Lovely silver sequin linens paired with satin, pintuck, and gorgeous white ceremony drape created textures, while a lovely Edison chandelier hung between two tall, lush centerpieces flanking our brides. We lined the drape with lush greenery and flowers. Their ceremony was SO heartfelt – there wasn’t a dry eye in the place! They wrote love letters to each other, and the officiant read them during the ceremony – the guests had to guess which Karli/Carley said what! They had a custom wooden box made to hold their bottle of wine to have on their anniversary! Sushi is their favorite meal, and Catering By Design brought in a special sushi chef to roll sushi at the sushi station! TONS of details here – from the gorgeous lush florals - to the beautiful dessert display by Yours Truly Cupcake, to the sprigs of mint we tied to each champagne glass to welcome the guests to the ceremony!
