Colorado Wedding Coordination and Management Package - More help than the norm, we help with the logistics up front, and keep you gently on track as you go. 
Our wedding management services are designed for couples who have either just started planning, or thoughtfully planned their wedding, but want an experienced Denver wedding planner to start you right and bring everything together in the final stages.
​Planning Kickoff Session (if you're more than 3 months before wedding date)
Our wedding management package includes an initial 1.5-hour planning session designed to bring clarity and structure to your plans. Together, we’ll outline your timeline, review floorplan ideas, and provide guidance on your vendor team to ensure everything is moving in the right direction.
As your wedding approaches, we step in to refine logistics, confirm details, and manage your vendor team—ensuring your plans are executed seamlessly. From timeline creation to day-of coordination, our role is to elevate your work and allow you to fully enjoy your wedding day.
Serving weddings across Colorado—including Denver, Vail, Aspen, and Beaver Creek—as well as destination celebrations in Mexico and the Caribbean, our team ensures a polished, stress-free experience from final planning through execution.
While it's more limited than the Full Service packages, you can upgrade or add on additional planning hours if needed. This package offers streamlined support for you during the planning process - introductions to vendors, some design help and pointers, and more. 

This service is ideal for couples who:

• Have already secured most of their vendors - or are right at the beginning and want a good start... and an even easier finish. 
• Enjoy planning, but want professional oversight in the beginning planning and final stages

What’s Included in Wedding Management

• Planning Support & Communication
  We start with a planning session right away to build timeline and floor plan. Then we point you in the right direction to do the planning. 
• Custom Planning Tools & Timeline Development
  Creation of a tailored planning framework, including your master timeline, floorplans, checklists - we make sure you're set up to succeed. 
• Vendor Recommendations
  If you ask us for a recommendation - we'll send you to some of our faves! 
• Final Vendor Coordination & Execution Planning
  Beginning at 6 weeks out, we step in to manage vendor communication, confirm logistics, and finalize timelines, floorplans, and day-of execution plans.
• Onsite Wedding Day Management
  Two experienced planners onsite, serving as the first to arrive and last to leave—managing all vendors, timelines, and transitions to ensure a seamless event.
• Planning Dashboard Access (Aisle Planner)
  Access to a comprehensive planning platform to manage timelines, checklists, RSVPs, floorplans, and more—keeping everything organized in one place throughout the process.

PLANNING STAGES & STEPS

• ​​Venue Discovery - is the first stage of the planning process. We help you find the right space for the wedding. This is one of the most important decisions you make in the planning process - if you can, you should ALWAYS find a planner to help with this piece. The venue & date drive every other decision that's made in the wedding planning process. - and can totally change the scope of the wedding. We will help you decide which venues to see with a 2 hour meeting. With wedding management, we help you through this for additional charges. 
• Initial Planning Meeting - This meeting is very important to get us moving on the right track with planning - from basic vendor pointers to timelines to floorplans. We typically have this meeting to begin and then one meeting halfway through as needed. 
• Walkthroughs - The walkthrough for this package is the 30 day walkthrough. It's usually around 4-6 weeks before the wedding, and our clients can either come in for it, or do it remotely with us! This is sometimes done in person, sometimes virtually. Mountains or destinations can have travel fees. 
• Rehearsal - Your wedding rehearsal is usually the day before the wedding - and we manage it for you! The important thing is to have the wedding party and any family that is part of the ceremony. Some venues don't allow for rehearsals that work in your wedding group's timeline... but that's OK! We can do a rehearsal anywhere. 
• Wedding Day - We are the first vendors onsite, last offsite. There are always at least 2 planners onsite.
