Things we help with: 

• Contract negotiations - we negotiate with hotels for your room block as well as wedding event contracts. We work for you, and make sure you get the best terms.
• We find you the best vendors that are not only bang-for-your-buck, but they also are the best at what they do. 
• We help manage all of your guests' reservations in the block, and airport transfers. 
• We build you a custom wedding website where your guests can RSVP and ask questions. 
• We design the event around you and your desires. Your event should be reflective of you, and your tastes! 
• We manage all details, and keep you from stressing about forgotten details or issues that arise.

Things a resort planner does: 

• They work for the resort, not you. Their interests lie with the hotel's best interest. 
• They have preferred vendors because the vendors pay the resort large kickbacks. 
• The resort's team is there to make it as easy on the resort as possible, which is why every wedding seems the same. 
• While important to the planning process - as they are our link to the resort's system, and awesome to have on our side, they are NOT wedding planners.
