Full Service Planning

• Event Design - We can design your event from top to bottom, so your guests have a cohesive experience from the moment they arrive, to the last song and even through the after wedding brunch. PORTFOLIO - See our work!
• Venue Selection - We know Colorado's venues like the back of our hands, and can help you choose the right one for you and your event! BLOG POST about wedding venues!
• Creative Partner Selection - We have a huge network of partners in the industry, and can help you find the right team to make your day go smoothly! We'll meet with you and the partners to make sure you're making the best decisions for you and your event. 
• Experienced Team - We have a full-scale event team with many years of experience to make your day run smooth and make sure you're not lifting a finger... except your ring fingers, of course! ​
• Get Your Stuff In and Out - You'll have things like the guestbook, flutes, etc that you'll need to get to the venue, and your guests will bring you lots of treasures to take home! We'll help make sure all of that happens for you!
• Two or More Planners Onsite - We always operate as a team, so your day will include a lead planner and at lest one assistant. We are very focused on service, so the more complicated your event, the more team we have on staff. Check out our reviews here!
• Timeline Generation and Execution - We will help you to make sure that your timeline is realistic and manageable, and we'll execute it on the day of - making sure your vendors all know exactly what they should be up to, and when they should be doing it! 
• Floor Plan and Seating Chart - We can build your to-scale floor plan so we make sure the design works in the space. We even create a 3D rendering of the room for you! We help you to create the seating chart as well. We can even help with printing!

​Day Of Coordination

• Month-of-Planning - This service is named poorly by the industry. We work with you for the last 6 weeks before the wedding to generate timelines, do the 30 day walk through, facilitate the rehearsal, and coordinate your vendor team.
• Day Of Management - The day of your wedding ca be very stressful if you don't have someone making sure all the moving parts are working together seamlessly. 
• ​Timeline Generation and Execution - We will help you to make sure that your timeline is realistic and manageable, and we'll execute it on the day of - making sure your vendors all know exactly what they should be up to, and when they should be doing it!

• A Little More - In case you need a little more help than what we do for day of... we offer planning hours to help you as much or as little as you need.
